Nikki is an experienced HR Consultant, with over 20 years’ of experience in strategic people management, workforce planning and talent management, organisational design and analysis, operational HR and ER, complex people projects, workplace investigations and best practice people engagement strategies across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Her strong strategic and operational HR background enables her to provide clients with practical, pragmatic and commercially-sound HR advice and people solutions. Skilled in navigating complex and changing employment landscapes, Nikki thrives on partnering with senior leaders, businesses, HR teams, and other consulting agencies to solve people problems, develop strategic people agendas and deliver robust operational outcomes.
