Common Goal Consulting is an independent human resources consulting business, offering tailored and practical people strategy and solutions, sound HR/ER and IR advice and HR outsourcing services to small and medium businesses across a range of industries. We work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, and are 100% focused on helping organisations to minimise risk and operate at their fullest potential.
Established in 2015, we partner directly with CEOs and Managing Directors, senior business leaders and HR Managers to design and implement their people goals and initiatives, and navigate the complex human resource and employee relations landscape.
A Team of Professionals.
Our small team is made up of highly experienced people professionals, each with 10-15+ years of experience across small to large organisations, global multinationals, and government (local, state, and federal). Collectively, we have extensive capability and experience consulting to organisations, and can offer broad insights into best practice people solutions.
